That’s great, but AirX on an iPad running iOS 6.1.2 still doesn’t work. I continue to get “The operation could not be completed” errors within Mobile Safari. I also tested it on an iPhone 5S running the latest iOS 7 and it returns the same error.
How do I go about getting a refund?

As to your problem, I’d like to tell you that our tech-department are working quite hard to fix the problem of AirX function.
Actually we do support AirX on iOS5 definitely at the present time.
Could you please be a little patient and wait for our next few versions?

Could you have more try like the ways before?
But we have removed this function of Apple Mouse in the new version 2.9.0.

I too can’t get airx to work on my iPad 2 running iOS 7. MacGo Blu ray player works great on my Mac mini running Mac OSX 10.9.1 Mavericks though but i wish airx would work on my iPad 2.

And now all our engineers are focus on realizing the Blu-ray menu function and have released the version 2.9.8 Blu-ray menu version.
But our tech-department have schedule to fix the problem of AirX function.
After fixing the bugs of Blu-ray menu, we will work hard to fix the AirX on iOS6 and iOS7.
And we will try to realize 3D function in the future versions.
