Previous journalist Yukari Iwatani Kane from The Wall Street Journal reveals in his new book, Haunted Empire: Apple after Steve Jobs, which is yet to be published, that before Jobs’ resign from Apple, he used to express his opinion to the executives at a CEO’s meeting that releasing a new TV would not be a good idea due to the low profits and long update time of the business.
